There actually have been some funny threads in the Comedy Cafe.
But there's also to be considered that threads in the Comedy Cafe will automatically become less funny since everyone will know that the thread is supposed to be funny, which counteracts the purposes of most jokes. Jokes are funny because of something unexpected in them.
That would speak for deleting CC, I guess....
