No it wouldn't be illegal, the crime would be to download it. (Assuming that it is clearly stated that it is a personal backup.) However, the J2O-admins are of course entitled not to allow such an upload on their server. Buuuut, this doesn't matter now anyways, since they have the batch-thing coming up that seems way neater^^.
