It is: Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Dueling tournament... it is a public event for jazzers (only for members of National teams, Elites or the club's original members...)
Its not BIG nor too popular!
But it still exists!

EDIT: I'd remember that C's (of Elites) server's were to find people skilled enough (the laughable bit: "skilled enough" ) for entering the tournament...

His server's name is "Tournament" in some yellowish color...
