Pass it on to someone else then, or work together with someone else. It's kind of stupid if people rush a thing in a month and have to wait months for it to be actually done. Or post them and have people collaboratively work on them, or something. At the least post what's up at the moment, since it's kind of weird for the thread to have died, with nobody knowing what's happening. You could be at least somewhat informative.
