Sorry I have to repeat myself, but that's why you have public betas. If people got to try a 3D Jazz, it would have gained an audience, especially since Jazz is all about guns, jumping, and running (which makes for a very good FPS). With multiplayer modes, Jazz3D could have been a good Unreal clone only it would be cartoony. If it gained a good audience wouldn't that made the publishers show interest? Sorry for the questions, but it really ticks me off that publishers will cancel games only because it doesn't generate enough money to fit in their wallets.
Another thing if it's Epic's franchise I can't see why they would have to shell out money in licensing the engine. They already own it so shouldn't they have the freedom of doing whatever they want with it?
