Well, the range would be medium, aswell as the speed, but the tornado wouldn't just be "destroyed" once it hits an enemy like all the other weapons do. That makes it useful for killing multiple enemies with one shot. It would fend off after a few seconds. Not to be upgraded with fast fire pickups.
