No wonder you don't understand me properly. Since you seem too lazy to read my reply, here is the gist*: My theories were referring to people who couldn't access the image even after going there directly.

The image was hosted by Angelfire NOT Geocities. I know about Geocities' policy but not Angelfire's. The image appeared when I tried to access it so I tried to show it on this page. Also, I put another link to the image so that you can access the image directly if it doesn't appear here.
