I have trouble understanding what you want to do here. Both J2O and the JCF have you registered as Hareking, yet you want to change your name to that. How can you rename yourself into a name that already exists?
Do you mean to merge your accounts? I doubt that would really be possible easily.
Also, only on the JCF name changes are permitted, not on J2O.
