And it worked.. NOT

This is what we did totally:

- Change patch to 1.21 with the program downloaded here.
- Installed the server list patch
- Firewall all disabled (out)
- ALL security (including the router) is turned off
- Opened ports 10052-10054 TCP & UDP

Can anyone solve this problem?? beqause even together here we cant make it work.
