Characters from long since past, will you now be used at last?

Thing is, on my Deviantart account, I've been mentioning old characters I created that I haven't used in years.
Origionally, it was to kind of make them public access characters that anyone who wanted to could use in any good stories... After all, what happens to a character who was created but never used?... I know they're only lines on paper, but trust me- for me it kind of goes deeper...
Anyway, since I drew them, I actually started doing a few things with them. Especially Deepsea and Moe Turbo... Moe even got a fan art pic from a good buddy of mine.
Here's the "Lost Toones"(As I've been calling them) I've shown so far. I have a bunch more(Like Rex the world-traveling penguin.), but I'll get to them later...
