When you get TP Patch, install it to your JAZZ folder and type "D:\JAZZ\TPPATCH.exe JAZZ.exe" in the "run" command in your start bar, where "D:\JAZZ\ is whereever your JAZZ folder is.

As for getting DOSbox to work, check out these two places.
