With the new rocket launcher in hand, we traveled West, South, West, South, East, East, North and East. A rabid hyena robot jumped out at us, but deploying my lightning-fast healer reflexes I blasted it into shiney pieces with a shot from the rocket launcher. Directly behind where the hyena had been was a dead end.
"That was pathetic," said Uberbob as the smoke cleared.
"But... I killed it."
"Yeah, but you didn't even give a one-liner," he explained. "How can you blow something up without delivering a witty one-liner?" I shrugged, and suddenly he hugged me. "It's not your fault," he reassured me, "you just aren't very cool is all." He let me go and walked away, but not before stepping on my foot with his heavy mechanical leg. For the benefit of the doubt, I was going to assume it was an accident. At least we had been getting along somewhat ever since I punched him in the face that one time.
