Cooba's it is, I guess.
I wasn't about to be beaten by pointy sticks from the ceiling. "We should check the other way," I said, letting go of Faw and staggering across the cold, icy floor and towards the door. Moving hurt a lot.
Fawriel chased after me. "Shuri, you're drizzling blood all over. You probably shouldn-" he was cut off by Uberbob as we reached the rest of the party.
"Shuriken!" the rabbit exclaimed, "you look like crap!"
Leetzan watched, looking somewhat terrified. "What h4ppen3d?"
"Th' usual," I grumbled, almost slipping in a puddle of my own blood but catching myself, "I picked up big, important looking crystals and it hurt."
"Think you'd learn," Araches commented snidey.
I scowled at the sorceress. "I didn't see YOU trying to figure this puzzle out."
"Hon, there's a diffrence between puzzle and deathtrap."
Not wanting to hear the sorceress's banter, I displayed a nonverbal response with my uninjured hand and continued walking.
The party hesitantly followed me back through the hallway to the campsite, west to the large fountain, and finally west again into another connecting room. This room was dome shaped with three exits (two of which emitted an ominous light), much like the campsite room, only minus the campsite.
It also felt like it was moving. "Hey, anyone else feel that?" Everyone looked around cluelessly.
"That could could be from blood loss, actually," Faw commented. I looked down and noticed a long, splattered red trail going all the way back to the room with the crystal pyramid. That probably wasn't good.
