I can understand why he might want a movie, there really isn't anything like a series with a plot or anything. It would be interesting to make a sort of webtoon series which was actually based on the Jazz Jackrabbit storyline, instead of the random nonsense we get from some other projects.

And, your "BrainFart" wouldn't really satisfy, since it's kind of not based on Jazz Jackrabbit. Nor is it exactly a true series, it just seems to be kind of random. It does leave a bit to be desired for some.
