I really hope you wont become a judge for freeing someone to early.
Look, someone who murders someone, gets caught, he goes to jail for lets say.. 10 years. He comes free, murders someone again, you know what happens then?
His punishment will be MUCH harder then the first one, much bigger. Because he cant learn. How many times do we need with Orbitz before that happens? This is the 3th time he's free already.
