I was not referring to the poll result with my post. I was in fact referring to the original agreement and public statement by the listserver council (posted by Nimrod), which stated an end date for the ban of 30th November 2005, with extensions should Orbitz continue to crash servers. Since no extensions were announced, I would consider it safe to assume the the agreement did not change. Either that, or there has been a large breakdown in communication.

There's like no way to protect jj2 from Orbitz and his gang without banning them.

I can think of lots of ways of protecting JJ2 from Orbitz without banning him. Examples include patching the bug in JJ2 (Unknownfile is doing a great job with his bugfixing), or sending abuse reports to his ISP.
