Who has been caught twice earlier, not so very long ago. Thats why he shouldnt have been unbanned.

Since no extensions were announced, I would consider it safe to assume the the agreement did not change. Either that, or there has been a large breakdown in communication.

He was free one day, crashed so many servers with his m8 (Tha Spaz) that he was banned again the same day.
