Orbitz is just some kid who got his hands on crashing tools. He is not evil incarnate, and there is nothing he can actually do to harm your computer, your self, or your psyche. And simply banning every troublemaker is a bad idea, sure some of them deserve it, but it creates too much of a "big brother" atmosphere.
