Anyways, I still suggest either a change of Protocol, or hand the leadership Baton to someone who is more mature/expeirenced.
The way I see it using PE is like using the post office to send a letter to your nextdoor(Assuming this is Surburbia or an apartment, and nextdoor is a short distance) neighbor. It takes longer, includes an unneccesary process, and theres a chance the letter will never make it to your freind (And if it does, it may be way too late)
