The group stood still for exactly one minute as things sorta whizzed through their brains. They stood in petrified confusion for a long time, and Wazz was the first to recover.

"W... What was that?"

Axman was next.

"Not really sure."

DDay didn't snap out of it until they ordered him a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster and doused him with it. The shock nearly annhilated his brain, but he survived.

"Hey, I don't drink alcohol!"

"It doesn't matter, you're back with us. Now, let's get back to what we were talking about."

"Which is..."

"...not sure."

"Listen, you two! We're trying to find a fourth party member to help us, and possibly solve the riddle while we're at it."

"Oh yeah."

"Yeah."

Silence again.





"Weeeelllll... no one's volunteered yet," stated Axman matter-of-factly.

"I've got an idea," said Wazz in reply. He stood up on the remains of an overturned table. "Listen, everybody! We need a fourth party member for our enlightening journeys! Anyone who joins will get fame and fortune and experience!"

No one answered. "Bah! They aren't listening," replied Axman. "Let me try." He stood on the table. "We'll give you a fourth of all the treasure we get, minus 10%!"

A surprising number of rabbits stood up.

"Things aren't any better!" remarked DDay. "There are so many people here that we can't really choose... we'll need a test or competition of some sort to find the right person."

"I've got an idea," said Axman. "Ok, everybody who wants to join... follow me outside!"

Within minutes the pub was empty.
