Legal Issues wouldn’t be a problem provided that this game is just nothing more than a Fan game; there are plenty of Sonic fan games out there. I certainly wouldnt plan on selling a Jazz Jackrabbit knock off . GM is an excellent program, what exactly is wrong with creating a game with that.
