I think the difference with the Jazz3d project is we're going to be showing Epic a nearcompleted/completed 3d game with a whole lot of features.
Most other fangames we go to epic say "HEY CAN WE MAKE NEW JAZZ??//" and obviously, Epic is going to shut them down. And by shut them down, I mean Mark just says "srry no u guyz" multiple times.
