In two words: no and no. The first "no" is that version 1.00g (or any other version below 1.20) can't be updated because of different coding, and the second "no" is that it's not freeware, it's illegal. Read this thread for more info.
In short: Jazz2 is not abandonware, nor freeware, nor "any-other-kind-that's-free-to-spread"ware
