Apparently you believe whoever says their opponent outrightly refused to cooperate in finding a good date without any proof, you don't even consider asking the ones who were accused of not cooperating, and make mocking replies on the serious discussion between the two opponents in question. I would say you, as the tournament supervisor, are supposed to help solving problems in your tournament instead of encouraging not taking it serious at all by making replies expressing carelessness about whatever happens in the tournament.
