As I've pointed out before, the games have nothing to do with the list servers and are therefore the responsibility of the individuals maintaining and hosting the servers, not some (guy) in England.
Shows how little you actually know about the situation. When a game is crashed its stops talking to the list server about the status of player numbers in its game. the List Server Application coded by Epic then sits there waiting for a reply, when it doesnt get a reply it ends up hanging itself until a reply is given, or a 10 minute time out window. This means the list server wont be able to serve clients the games in progress for up to 10 minutes because some little kid thought it was funny to crash a server. This is why we originally took measures to protect our own lists, by blocking you and others.

Now the bug in the code has been fixed, the list server no longer hangs on servers crashing. So it opened the bigger picture to us. While games servers remain in control of the people hosting them, we will take measures to help game server hosters by making it more difficult for crashers to gain access to the list of servers up. The List Servers are private resources which are hosted by people getting no payment from Epic Games or the JJ2 Community. Therefore as it is our own resources, it is entirly up to us what we do with our lists. You have no right to access. Now, dispite you thinking I personally am nothing more than a nazi (yes, you called me that many times) its kinda weird how I allow free access to the list without restrictions even to people I dislike, dispite costing me bandwidth (which is pretty cheap, but ok). I personally take action against people like you who just waste there time making it difficult for people to enjoy jj2, by making it difficult for you to access my own personal resources.
