Apart from like a hundred players being excluded from the competition on beforehand, this poll lacks something else: criteria. Are we supposed to judge the people by their playing skills, the levels they make, their online personality, their contributions to the Earlong Royal Encyclopedia or perhaps their good looks?
Also, I agree with people who say that a year needs to be specified. It's a bit odd to make "[Insert title here] of the year" polls in the middle of a year. For all we know, you're talking about 1998, in which case my vote goes to CliffyB.
