Honestly, I'm shocked that you haven't heard of NeoAC yet. And I'm not blocked on the list servers, because nobody cares.

Anyways, I'm currently writing a list server in mircscript. Unlike my first attempt this one will support binary listings and not just redirect. It'll be releasified when I get most of the stuff working. Listing abilities will come first and binary list generation will come last.
