There was a thread where you actually posted the lowest score you can get without cheating while running through the entire jj2 campaign, by I think mike. THAT actually took skill (lots of saving+reloading too but ). Getting a highscore is a peice of cake, and there's loads of ways you can get infinite scores too (ex. camping at respawning enemies like the bees).
