Green ones are normal StormTurtles, Blue ones are "lookouts", kinda like snipers I think, and the yellow ones are generals and they order the former two ranks to fight Jazz. Also note that there are two kinds of Generals, ones with the same HP as the normal StormTurtles, and ones with a much higher HP.
