Posting an entire new topic just to report on one user's (alleged) spamming spree is not a good idea. If you're going to post a topic about spamming, it should probably follow a few criteria:

1. It should have a proper starting post, indicating what people can talk about and encouraging people to talk about spammers. One report image is not a proper starting post.
2. It should be constructive. It is not particularly helpful for anyone to know that one user (allegedly) spammed, since the list server admins do not ban spammers. If you *have* to post a topic, indicate ways to deal with spamming problems. Starting a topic just to report a user just turns these forums into a junkyard and does not solve any spamming problems anyone might have.
