Actually, I think you can sell it on to someone else. I think it's to stop people buying the bundles and making a profit out of them by selling the items individually. (Warning: I am not a lawyer)

Certainly there's nothing to stop you transferring all rights and ownership to another person, and then that other person giving you £10 for no particular reason.
