I make use of bookmarks, and I am fully aware of what they are capable of. We just use them in different ways. My bookmarks are categorized and I know my way around them. They don't change often.. I use them for sites that I frequently visit or am especially interested in. Making a bunch of bookmarks for random downloads on j2o just seems inefficient to me.
I also don't think you understand other purposes that a function like this could fulfill. Perhaps you don't peruse the downloads section often, but active reviewers are an important commodity. This tool would make it easier for people to remind themselves of downloads they mean to review or play, and thus it would encourage activity.
