Actually, I didn't use Flash but instead a program called Anime Studio ( pic). It's like similar to Flash, but with skeletal strucures and VERY good shape tweens (though the interface is a pain to work with at times, especially if you don't have a TON of experience with things like Illustrator).
As for the feet, I didn't put any bones in them (as you can see in the above screenshot). It was mainly a stylistic choice, though it didn't work as well in some of them (Araches, mainly).
On a side note, before someone brings it up, Araches foot tap was done by tweening the points in her foot, not moving a bone.
