You should plan a day for people to arrive, and a day for people to leave.
Besides that.. a few days to just do things. Could be 3. (which makes the total meeting 5 days.) Some sort of "holiday meeting" is pretty nice though.
I went on holidays with fellow CCers. You shouldn't stay together too long. You'll get annoyed from eachother. Maybe spending 5 days together is nice. (Fill those days too ofcourse. ;P) Then 2 more days for arrivals and for people to leave. (The first and the last day that is ) .. That would make the entire meeting 1 week. And 5 days in which we can do things together.
And Cooba, are you planning to come too? =)
