I don't think a week would be overkill at all. The american meetings have been about a week long.

A week with the first and last days mostly spent for greetings, getting into a hotel and goodbyes would be ThE BeSt!! And the guys living next door (Benelux, I tell you!) could go home earlier if they got bored..... or just otherwise weren't able to be there the whole week.
