• Everyone seems to agree with Brussels as location. Enigma lives there, though, so other Belgian cities are an option too (Several major, interesting cities are there, such as Antwerp / Bruges / Ghent)
• The current date/timespan proposed is Sunday, August 1st 2007 until August 8th.
• We need to decide where we are going to stay. An hotel would be an obvious choice, but perhaps camping (tents) would be cool too. It's a more relaxed athmosphere, you don't have the problem of seperate, small rooms, it's outside, and because of global warming there's no rain. And we can play our music as loud as we want
• We need to know who comes. The list is included at the bottom of this post.

Apart from that we need to have some sort of loosely defined schedule, but we can do that later. The things mentioned above need to be known relatively early, because we have to get bookings done et cetera. I think January 1st, 2007 is a good deadline for knowing the Date, Place and accomodation, and whether you're coming or not.
