You need to forward ports 10052 through 10054, UDP and TCP, to your computer. I don't know how to configure this on your router, but look for settings like "port forwarding", "services", "online gaming" or similar. To get at these settings put the IP address of your router (192.168.1.1 in your case) into your web browser.
The router will probably ask for local port, remote port, local address, protocol and sometimes remote address. Local and remote port should both be the same, and should be 10052-10054 (you may need to create seperate entries for each port). Local address needs to be the address of your computer (in the screen shot that's 192.168.1.101), and remote address should be left blank. Protocol should be set to "TCP & UDP", if that's not possible then create entries for TCP and UDP.
