Honestly think about Jerry. He made a clan like that. Recruited some noobs from servers. Then he found some people with great talent who then jumped to another clans because RR wasn't good enough for them. Of course those guys were huge noobs to clanhop because of the skillness of the clan, but anyway I doubt that problem would occour if Thunder is the leader.
