When you sign up you suggest two levels, which will be then either approved or disapproved by the tournament organizer (me and maybe some people who actually know which level owns or not). IF they are approved then they will be added to the mappool of the tournament. I probably accept all the levels. Btw. the levels must have been published in j20.
