I hope you don't mind a little more input. I've been a longtime user of GameStudio. Good engine for indie development. Fairly easy to use. I've actually seen Axys before and had a chance to hang out with the programmer. He's only 18 if I recall.

Uhm, about getting the rights from Epic, though. I think there are a lot of things that would make this difficult.

Epic is a big company, and Jazz is still one of their greatest past achievements (although on the back burner for the time). If they are going to revive Jazz, they would want to make sure it is a hit. I really wouldn't see them handing off the production to an indie team. They've spent the mass of their attention on projects they had high hopes would be hits. Thats Why for like, 8 years all they've done is make Unreal titles. Now they are working with Microsoft, creating 360 exclusives and such. They are on the spotlight and they've got to look their best. They'd be making sure that anything with the epic logo on it is up to their standards. It would be hard to convince them that you can achieve this without some good proof that their property is in good hands, meeting their standards of quality.

Thats my biggest concern. Not to sound too negative.
