The signups have now been closed... and we have 12 teams...
Too bad that the US couldn't join... :/

Oh well, the tourney'll start on friday (that's when the first pairs will be announced too, of course,) while the announcement of the final mappool has been delayed till tomorrow (Wed 14. February).
I will announce it in the evening (about 19.00-20.00 gmt seems likely).
