OMG. You still didn't get it that if YOU don't set the DATE AND TIME of EACH GAME, THE TOURNAMENT WILL CERTAINLY FAIL? IMPRESSIVE. 
All what I want is to see this tournament working EXACTLY AS JJ2WC. If you let the teams to organize their games, this will end like Sucer's Tourney.
JUST MAKE A SHEDULE FOR ALL GAMES and SET THE HOURS WHEN GAMES HAVE TO BE PLAYED (AT THE WEEKEND of course).
+A rule that one team can postpone their games only 2 times would be great, though.
