Multiply this number by three to get X.
Multiply that same number by four to get Y.

Place things/people necessary for x on the "3" pad.
Place things/people necessary for y on the "4" pad.

You will now know how much weight to put on each pad. Seeing as how this is relative weight, if you can't get a combo to work out, add/subtract summons or that chunk of metal.

So why don't I do it? Uhm... I might get around to it. But not tonight. Maybe tommoro.
 | I invite you to read the post I made earlier, suggesting how people should stand on the pads. I did all these calculations, and the answer was good to within a couple of pounds.

For the record, it was:
On the '4' plate: Araches, L33tz4n, Mythslayer, chunk of metal.
On the '3' plate: Shuriken, Fawriel, Uberbob, A.W.A., Foocanoe.
On neither plate: Fooruman.
