Umm, while I agree that Jazz would probably have gotten rid of the labs, their actual location is somewhat debatable. The third and fourth levels (not counting Rabbit in Training) levels of JJ2 are supposed to take place in the royal gardens, not the natural Carrotus landscape. This seems unlikely, given their sheer size, and the size of the castle in the distance, but that is what they are called, and they bear little resemblance to the Carrotus proper portrayed in the JJ1 or JJ2 intro movies. How much time is spent inbetween the end of Carrotus and the beginning of Labrat is something that is really never stated anywhere.
