I'm willing to handle credit card and reservation stuff for one room (preferably mine), but I will be arriving a bit late on the 1st (9 PM at the latest).
Edit: I've booked my tickets. My flight gets into Vancouver at 6:37 PM on August 1, and leaves at 8:00 AM on August 7.
