I almost pointed out the brightness and contrast, but I have a feeling that's probably from the camera (given the focus simplicity, blue edge around silhouettes, et cetera) so I figured there might not be too much that can be done to help that.
Changing the ISO settings should help somewhat, experiment with that if you can.

I do want to say though, the photo seems to have some sense of the rule of thirds already, which is what makes me think Puffie has at least some eye for photography. We all start small
