Post counts have been updated and weirdness appears to have disappeared. I have verified that official counts do not include deleted posts. As of now, and excluding deleted posts, Radium currently has 12717 posts, 1013 of which are in Forum Games. This makes his official post count 12717 − 1013 = 11704. Fawriel has 17840 posts total, 6307 of which are in Forum Games. His official post count is thus 17840 − 6307 = 11533. Therefore Fawriel has more posts in total, but Radium has more countable posts and thus appears first in the ranking  .
