Okay, so let's revive this project (and thus this thread).

I've just moved the 'Fixes & Features' file in an iframe on page 4 because the old link was very outdated.

Maybe a little bit weird for a seemingly dead project, but a small 'progress' report:

AFAIK nowhere on this thread it's mentioned that the 1.25/Jazz2v2 project changed into the RRR project to get rid of legal problems and make it completely our own. You'll probably remember the sentence "Bored of bunnies? RRR: TLS coming soon" in our (=Jam and I) signatures. It would not be freeware and on the RRf you could win a free copy by guessing the meaning of RRR and another copy by guessing the meaning of TLS.

Well, I must admit that the RRR project never became anything more than almost a megabyte of plain .txt-concepts (still growing, I keep adding ideas) and a program that was, in one word, far from anything you could call a 'game'. We had a few people willing to make sprites, but it never became anything.

Then, for some reason I don't remember, the programming stopped and stuff went silent. Although I'm still adding ideas to the concepts, you could say that this project has died, no-one else was working on it. And in modern times you can revive dead things (just say you can ;p). I've been looking for a programmer for a few weeks but free progammers (I wanted it to be freeware, as I doubted it would ever become anything worth a place in stores) are hard to find nowadays. But then, just a few days ago, I remembered this thread and thought: let's just revive it and see if there is anyone willing to help making RRR after over 17 months of silence.

As there is nothing to win anymore, RRR: TLS stands for Real Robot Resurrection: The Living Secret. This title allowed me to make up an interesting story which I'm not going to tell here. The gameplay should be more or less the same as JJ2, but the theme will be enterely different: robots (and now don't say "we have Battery Check", f00lz).

I'm not going to give too many details in here, but if you got any questions about anything of the game, you may ask. I just hope to find a few people willing to help bring this to life.
