Can we provide our self-made CSS files as a whole?

I played with JCF themes myself a while ago (not through the admincp though). I came up with Purple Abyss (I need to remake the logo and fix some other parts) and JCF compact (a pretty lazy edit but it gets the work done).

Anyone with feedback/advice?
