Name: Tobias Timepiece(last name is known by only myself)



Weapons of choice:

An ice laser- looks kind of like the noisy cricket off of MIB except it shoots ice blue laser that freezes anything solid it has 30 charges a day. When it runs out I'll use whatever I can get to.



Chaos talisman- As a last resort I'll throw this into the air and it will use a random spell. The outcome isn't always good.



Random Talisman-can occasionally pull out another talisman from his pocket or pack and use it.



Skill-Trickery(need I say more?)



Looks like- Tobias has no true form so he shifts to match wherever he is. Only things that stay the same are the fact that he is always clothed in navy blue and his eyes are always icy-gray. Usually found in human form trying to make a temporal disruptor(whether I'll succed I don't know).



Personality- fun-loving but not to be trifled with when made mad
